Swanton Recreation TBall - Swanton Recreation Tball
Swanton Recreation Tball is for any kids ages 4-6 years old.Swanton Rec Tball: We will focus on FUN and fundamentals. Each child will learn how to swing a bat and hit off a tee, work on fielding ground balls, work on catching a ball in the air, learn general rules of the game and run the bases!Schedule: Tball will begin the week of April 28th and end by Saturday June 7th. Times will be determined based on coaches availability. The group will be split up into smaller teams and will practice twice a week for an hour. We will incorporate in house scrimmages at the half way point of the season.Location: Lower Soccer fieldEquipment: Each kid will get a Swanton Rec dri fit t-shirt. Age appropriate baseball/softball glove. Cleats are helpfull but not required. Please be sure to bring a water bottle to each practice. The rec will provide bats and soft baseball.Cost: Resident- $40, Non-Resident- $45Coaches: We are actively looking for Tball Coaches. No experience is required.
