Our youth basketball program offers age-appropriate instruction that focuses on skill development, movement, teamwork, and fun in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Itty-Bitty (Ages 3–4): An introduction to basketball basics like dribbling, passing, and shooting while developing hand-eye coordination and burning energy through play. No competitions are held. Pre-K / Kindergarten: Players learn core basketball fundamentals through fun, themed games and weekly skill progression. Small-sided gameplay and basic fitness movements are introduced to build confidence and coordination. No competitions are held. Grades 1–2: A fun, inclusive introduction to basketball emphasizing participation, skill development, confidence, and teamwork. In-house games begin mid-season to apply learned skills in a supportive setting. Grades 3–4: Players build on individual skills while learning simple team concepts, offense and defense fundamentals, sportsmanship, and working together—always with an emphasis on having fun, win or lose.
