This is general information on the recreation programs that are offered each year.  This is not the page to register on, please check registration dates below to find out when registration opens.  When registration is open you will find the registration page under the "Youth Sports" Column on the Program Listing under the Register Tab above.

Fundamentals - Open to Grades 3-6. 
Program offered late August-October.
Registration Open is open June 1st and closes the first weekend in August

"FUN"damentals field hockey is a youth development program to expose children to the basic skills of field hockey while emphasizing fun physical activity, (players may scrimmage other fundamental teams located in Chittenden county). This program will act as a feeder program to MVU Middle/HS.

6th Grade students are welcomed and encouraged to sign up for the MVU Middle School Field Hockey Team. 

Players will need sneakers or cleats, shin guards, a mouth guard, and a water bottle. Sticks and balls will be available,as well as goalie gear. Players are welcome to bring their own stick!
