Photography 101: Capture Your World with Confidence with Mary

Step into the art of photography with a beginner-friendly course designed to turn curiosity into skill. This class introduces students to point-and-shoot or DSLR cameras, helping them understand how to get the most out of the gear they already have. Participants explore the essentials of lighting, posing, and composition, learning how to create images that feel intentional and visually compelling. The course also covers light editing techniques to enhance photos without overwhelming them. By the end, students walk away with a solid foundation, hands-on practice, and the confidence to capture meaningful moments with clarity and creativity.

Bring your own camera if you have one! We have limited point and shoot cameras available, but learning can be done without equipment also!
