Welcome to a program where discipline meets technique and physical conditioning meets mental strategy. Our new Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to empower students of all backgrounds through the "Gentle Art," offering a structured path from foundational movements to advanced grappling mastery.
Whether your goal is to build functional strength, learn practical self-defense, or join a dedicated community of practitioners, this program provides a safe and high-energy environment to push your limits. We focus on the core principles of leverage and control, ensuring that every student develops the confidence to handle any challenge both on the mats and in daily life.

Program Details:
-Location: Shedrick's Martial Arts. 12 Blake Street, Swanton, VT

-Groups: Kids Class- 4yrs-15yrs, Adults Class- 16 and up, Women's Class- 16 and up
-Schedule
Monday's: Adult Class 6:30-7:30p, Women's Class 7:30-8:30p
Friday's: Kids Class- 5:30-6:30p, Adult Class- 6:30-7:30p
Sunday's: Kids Class- 8:30-9:30am, Women's Class- 9:30-10:30am
-Monthly Fee: Kids Class- $60, Adult & Women's Class- $70
-Equipment- A Gi and white belt (unless previously ranked elsewhere) is needed for this program. Please use the link below to view sizes. Coach Bobby can assist with any questions about Gi's and is able to get them for less then they are listed for on their site. Belts are earned and Coach Bobby will supply new belts upon promotions, as he sees fit. But also, feel free to shop around for a Gi that you like, Amazon has some good ones too.
