Caring Communities and its network of local partners are preventing and reducing substance abuse in youth and young adults in Franklin County, Vermont.

The organization equips individuals, families, and the community at large to create healthy, substance-free environments through positive youth development, substance abuse prevention, and mentoring.

Franklin County Caring Communities work with parents, youth, organizations, businesses, law enforcement, and local advocates to help communities make healthy choices.
